Most firms charge the same fee for every advice type, and the prices above will apply. If any type is priced differently, for example bridging or settlement agreements, tick it and fill in only the prices that differ. Blank fields keep your standard pricing.

By registering, you confirm that you are SRA-regulated and have valid Professional Indemnity Insurance. Listing is free while we grow the platform; we will give you notice before introducing any per-case fee, and founding firms will receive preferential terms.

How do leads reach us?

By email. When a landlord submits a request that matches your advice types and turnaround, the enquiry lands in your inbox with their contact details, deadline and requirement, with reply-to set to the client. Landlords can also email you directly from your listing. There is no portal to log into.

Is there any commitment or exclusivity?

None. You choose which enquiries to respond to, you can update your prices or services at any time, and you can ask to be delisted whenever you like.

Why do you need our SRA number?

Every firm is checked against the SRA register before its listing goes live, and your SRA number is shown on your public profile with a link to your register record. That verification is what makes the panel credible to clients.

How do we change our prices or details later?
